The Insurance Process

Submit your insurance information and photos so we can evaluate whether we can work with your plan and assess the likelihood of approval. Together, Dr. Rosett and Denise, our Insurance Concierge, will review your submission.

Once approved, you will be invited to come in for a consultation where Dr. Rosett will discuss what can be done and what you can expect based on your specific procedure.

We will work on creating a comprehensive packet to submit to your insurance company. We may ask you to assist with supplemental information — such as photos of any rashes or wounds, or notes from your PCP, physical therapist, or chiropractor — to increase the chance of approval; the more information we have the better!

Denise will reach out to follow up on progress as we await a decision from your insurance company. This can take anywhere from 1–6 weeks. You can always call your insurance company to ask for progress.

Once we receive an approval, we can discuss what was approved and any cosmetic add-ons you may wish to include. We will review your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and next steps together.

Once everything is finalized, we will select your surgery date and prepare for your procedure. Your journey to a renewed you begins.
