If you have chronic neck or back pain, shoulder grooving, or skin rashes from the weight of your breasts, your reduction may be fully covered by your PPO insurance plan. Dr. Rosett's team handles the verification and pre-authorization process for you.
Do you qualify for insurance coverage?
Insurance companies cover breast reduction when it is considered medically necessary. You may qualify if you experience several of the following symptoms:
- Chronic neck, shoulder, or upper back pain
- Deep shoulder grooves from bra straps
- Skin rashes or infections beneath the breast fold
- Difficulty exercising or staying active
- Numbness or tingling in the arms
- Difficulty finding clothing that fits properly
We work with most major PPO plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. We are, unfortunately, unable to work with HMO plans.
